Nuclear reactor for Lithuania?

There is a lot of talk in Lithuania regarding the building of new reactors now since Ignalina NPP is closed. The Wall Street Journal provides an interesting article about a new trend in nuclear industry - small nuclear reactors. These reactors are the size of a train car and are much cheaper to build.
