Welcome to the New Middle Ages?

Here is an interesting article by Parag Khanna that was printed by Financial Times. I find it rather interesting - the world being run by multinational companies, strong or rich individuals and the lines between the states being blurred by globalisation. Welcome to the brave new world ;)
